History

SOLD

One of the very last Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona models constructed, this car was sold new as a production road car to Jacques Swaters’ Ecurie Francorchamps who immediately converted it to Group 4 Competizione specification

Liveried in Belgian racing yellow, it was entered in the 1975 24 Hours of Le Mans for Jean-Claude Andruet and Teddy Pilette, who finished 12th overall.

The car was campaigned extensively in European events across the 1976 and 1977 seasons under the Scuderia Mille Miglia team and was retained by Swaters until the early 1980s

For the past three decades the Daytona has been campaigned with success in many historic events including the Shell Historic Ferrari Maserati Challenge, Tour Auto and Le Mans Classic and represents the ultimate specification of all Ferrari Daytona models constructed
