2007 BMW 130i LE – Limited Edition

When the new 1 Series (E87) model was launched in 2004, it was only a matter of time before the Bavarian manufacturer would offer a flagship model featuring their 3.0L six cylinder N52 engine (261bhp) mated to a six speed manual gearbox. In 2007 a facelift limited edition model was offered to the UK market, known as the 130i LE.

Just 160 ‘LE’ cars were produced, all finished in Carbon Black coachwork with Boston Lemon interior and easily identifiable by the gorgeous BBS 216 18’’ alloy wheels and aluminium window surrounds. Each car was highly optioned with xenon headlights, electric seats, I Drive, brushed aluminium interior, air conditioning, M Sport suspension and M Sport steering wheel and priced at £30,300 (or more than £50k in today’s money!)

The original service book shows a pre delivery check was undertaken on 17^th May 2007 by supplying dealer and main agents Inchcape Retail of Cobham, Surrey, one month prior to its first registration and delivery to first owner on 9^th June

‘LC07 RVA’ is one of just 160 ‘LE’ models delivered to the UK and finished in Carbon Black coachwork with Boston Lemon leather interior, anodised window trim, manual six speed gearbox, air conditioning, I Drive HIFI and navigation, M Sport suspension and M sport steering wheel.

The was sold by BMW main agents Wollaston Motors on 24^th July 2010 with mileage at 12,865 (service history outlined below) and has benefitted from a handful of careful enthusiast owners from new, remaining in excellent, original and unmodified condition, now having covered 94,200 miles in total

Invoices on file show the car has been regularly maintained by BMW main agents for most of its life with the most recent service work Inspection 2 undertaken by marque specialists BMR Performance in February 2025 at 86,476 miles. The car presents beautifully and drives extremely well, very much a hidden gem of the BMW range and a guaranteed future classic that is rewarding to drive.

Supplied with two keys, original handbooks and service book, history file with various sundry invoices, MoTs, tax discs and Bluetooth apple car play upgrade. Please note the car is not sold with current cherished registration and will be reassigned its original registration LC07 RVA.
